User - Base Assessment Data

Note: Please note that if you have not Registered, then this data will not be saved for your next visit.

This data is the basis of all assessments and should be as accurate as possible. Where some parameters change over time, for example, your weight, this will be taken into account by keeping your anthropometry data up to date. So, once your base assessment data has been entered, you will not have to update it again, unless your activity index alters.
