Assessment is the key component of this software. It allows you as the user to compare yourself against standard norms that have been derived in the fitness industry over the last 50 years. This method is an important factor in as determining your overall fitness and understanding the areas where you can improve. This software is able to perform assessments in six different fitness components; Aerobic capacity, Anaerobic capacity, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Agility and Balance, Flexibility and Body Composition/Anthropometry.
