Dynamic Strength Tests

Procedure: First click on the test you wish to assess to see the procedure. Following this enter your result in the "Your Result" box and then press "Go" to assess your performance. Save the assessment if you wish to by clicking on the check box and the pressing "Save Assessment"

To perform the assessment you need to enter your Assessment Data or Sign In.
