Strength - The CAN-U Test

Procedure: Tick (select) each of the tests that can be successfully performed. Following this, press "Go" to assess your performance.  Save the assessment. You will need to login to view the Procedures.

The Can-U Test This test consists of 10 strength exercises, whereby the subject is required to attempt one successful repetition of each exercise. Listed below are the 10 exercises with brief descriptions of each exercise. Generally, female subjects will find some of the exercises very difficult. Although the rating scale has taken this point into account, other exercises could be substituted for some of the more difficult ones. Subjects must be given the right to decline any of the tests.
