Below 18.5 Underweight
18.5 - 24 Normal Range
25 - 29 Overweight
30 - 39 Obese
40.0 + Extremely obese
*Note: The percentage Body Fat estimated here does not use actual Skinfolds measurements, but infers a value based on an emperical formula. Therefore the value, whilst a good approximation, should not take the place of the value obtained from the standard Skinfolds measurement.
