Aerobic Tests - 2.4km Run

Run tests of a set distance have a number of advantages over set time tests. The major advantages are:
a) the subjects have a better concept of the length of the test, such as 6 laps of a set course.
b) easier administration (no need for markers)
c) more accurate results, with a stop watch giving accuracy to a fraction of a second.
