Aerobic Tests - Tri-Level

The Aerobic power index API test devised by Telford et al (1987) involves a graded exercise procedure whereby the starting work rate is 150 kpm/min or 25 watts and the work rate is increased by 150 kpm/min or 25 watts each minute until a heart rate equivalent to 75% of the predicted maximum heart rate of the subject is attained or passed. (For the current subject this Target Heart Rate is shown below the Test Data area, in red.)
